Workteam is a Spanish brand specializing in workwear, with more than 30 years of history. We supply B2B clients in Spain and across the EU.
Currently, our sales team is looking for an independent commission-based sales agent with previous experience in the workwear sector for the Benelux region.
Main Responsibilities of the Position
- Representation of our brand, Workteam, in the EU.
- Active search for new B2B clients and business opportunities in the Benelux region.
- Presentation of new products.
- Management of the client portfolio in the market and sales follow-up.
- Support in projects.
- Monitoring of the market and competitors.
Profile
- Experience in B2B sales within the workwear/uniform industry.
- Strong commercial profile with a results-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of the Benelux market in the workwear sector.
- Fluency in English and French – written and spoken. Any additional language will be considered a plus.
- Autonomy and problem-solving skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Flexibility to travel across the Benelux region – own vehicle required.
