Job profile: Sales representative (commission-based)
Position description
We are looking for motivated and results-oriented sales representatives to represent our AI-powered online platform for automation, energy distribution and electrical installation products. Our platform enables fast import of quotes, their calculation and delivery – with a unique multi-vendor and multi-brand best price selection. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, particularly with panel builders, system integrators, OEMs and electrical wholesalers.
Main tasks
- Acquiring new customers and expanding the active customer base in the assigned region in Spain
- Presenting the added value of our platform to potential customers.
- Maintaining existing customer relationships to secure follow-up orders.
- Reporting back market information to continuously improve our offering.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support and integration.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the field of electrical engineering or automation
- Experience in the wholesale of electrical components or systems
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivation and goal orientation.
- Ability to work independently and plan time effectively.
Compensation structure
- Commission-based: The monthly remuneration is based on the previous month’s turnover, agreed in advance.
- Payment terms: The commercial agent issues an invoice for the agreed commission at the beginning of the month, which is then paid promptly.
