We sell the world’s first household cleaners made from wastewater. You can find us on Amazon.de and website www.cycle.bio – soon to be listed (July 2024) in major organic/green retailer in Germany (120 stores). We want to expand to other retailers and channels and establish omni-channel presence in Germany. As our agent, you will be responsible to develop the sales channels and ensure growth in channels. We are ready to commit up-to 25% of sales revenue for marketing. The position is commission based for now but with an eventual possibility to create a German subsidiary with equity/profit sharing structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the German market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales materials.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a sales agent in the FMCG industry.
- Experience on the eco friendly market
- Strong understanding of the German FMCG market and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
