CE2K S.r.l. is an Italian engineering and manufacturing company with over 30 years of experience in developing solutions for complex and safety-critical industrial environments.
We are specialized manufacturers of explosion-proof (Ex) devices for onshore and offshore installations in hazardous areas and have in-depth expertise in the oil & gas sector.
Our core portfolio includes flameproof enclosures (Ex d) and Ex terminal boxes designed for high reliability, long service life and full compliance with international standards. All products are developed and manufactured entirely in-house, ensuring technical consistency, full traceability and project-specific customization.</p
LUXSOLAR® is the dedicated CE2K brand for obstruction, aviation and marine lighting. The product range includes both Ex-certified and safe area lighting systems, including Aircraft Warning Lights (AWL Ex and AWL), helipad and helideck lighting, aviation obstruction lights and solutions for industrial, maritime, wind power and vertiport installations.
LUXSOLAR® systems also include AWL solutions for wind turbines that comply with German BNK/ADLS “Dark Sky” regulations. This integrated expertise enables CE2K to support projects with combined Ex and non-Ex requirements, ensuring complete technical coherence of the entire installation.
CE2K operates with a complete Made in Italy supply chain, supported by in-house R&D activities and strict quality control.
All Ex products are ATEX, IECEx, ECASEx, TR-CU and INMETRO certified, while the aviation and obstruction lighting systems comply with ICAO, EASA and German BNK/ADLS standards, meeting the highest international safety and performance requirements.

We are looking for a distributor or sales representative in Germany who would like to expand their portfolio with explosion-proof solutions “Made in Italy”, with a strong focus on oil & gas, offshore applications and potentially explosive atmospheres.
The ideal partner is a structured, results-oriented organization that can represent CE2K and LUXSOLAR® to EPC companies, system integrators, installers and end users in safety-critical industrial environments.
